A Winter's day on Buachaille Etive Mòr

After stopping in Glasgow for a couple of days on our January break, we decided to head up to the highlands for a night and climb the Buachaille Etive Mòr with a few friends in the morning.

Foraging in Scotland

An exciting couple of days spent with Santiago Lastra, Craig Grozier and expert forager Mark Williams. We spent the friday foraging for wild mushrooms in the Galloway Forest before an early morning hunt near Perth for a dear on Saturday. Sunday was spent at the Edinburgh Food Studio cooling with the ingredients that had been foraged over the last couple of days.
